This class is prerecorded - using prerecorded video and audio only. hot hiit is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles. It combines muscle toning and cardio in a room heated to around 98 degrees. The practice creates long, lean muscle mass while burning fat. It also creates rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increase flexibility.

The Sun54 Class focuses on increasing the strength and flexibility of your spine in forward bending, back bending, traction, and twisting. Build a healthy upper body and leg strength for balancing postures and inversions. All the while correcting the alignment of your skeletal and muscular system. In the traditional Ghosh 84 Asana Class, we use the dynamic physical and mental practice, learned and practiced in the beginning series, as the foundation to lead us to a more intermediate yoga practice. In this intermediate-level class, students will practice techniques for moving into further expressions of the familiar postures from the beginner's practice, as well as learn new postures (salutations, arm-balancing, and inversions) and develop new abilities.
Yin Yoga is a challenging yet quiet form of yoga. It is accessible to all individuals, whether you are experienced or just beginning. It is the perfect compliment to all forms of exercise. It focuses on the postures which stretch the connective tissues between the joints. Focusing on Yin postures will enhance and improve muscle strength and help prevent injury.
